For now we are going to stay in the Second Level of Heaven…

The mind is a very powerful thing! Most people have no idea how the universe is affected by a single thought. Today, we need to cover this topic because I see so many people creating situations in their own lives because they have never learned how to focus their minds on this present moment and the reality that is here right now.  Paul, in the Bible (2 Corinthians), talks about taking “every thought captive.” What he is saying is to deal with each thought in this present moment and put it in its rightful place. We all have negative thoughts pop into our minds from time to time. What we do with these thoughts will be life-transforming in one way or another.

Let’s say that a thought comes into your mind such as this: “I will never be able to get out of  debt.” This particular thought creates its own energy signature that will bind with like energy signatures and will reinforce the energy of staying in debt. This energy will create the reality of staying in debt. So, what do you do with this thought? There are a number of ways to take this particular thought captive.

One way is to simply add to the thought and make it a real statement of fact. For instance… “I will never be able to get out of debt if I sit on my butt and watch TV all day.” Being real with yourself is never a bad idea. If you sit around and watch TV all day…you will stay in debt. That is a reality of life. It is a truth that can be dealt with. A truth can be acted upon. If you realize you are in debt because you sit around and watch TV all day then there are some simple steps to take to change this reality. Of course, some people sit around and watch TV all day long because they are depressed and don’t understand how to be loved and to love…that is an issue to be covered when we discuss the third level of heaven though. However, in its simplest form, if you simply change some things about your day…becoming productive rather than destructive…then you are dealing with the reality of the statement “I will never be able to get out of debt if I sit on my butt and watch TV all day.” Then it is quite simple to redirect this thought into something like this: “I will get out of debt as I make extra money with all of the extra time I have found in my day.” Then it is just a simple step to the better thought of: “I will become wealthy as I use creative and productive ways to use my time to generate wealth.”

Another way to deal with this thought is to simply reformulate it. “I will create wealth for myself.” Instead of focusing on the debt and all of the energy that is attached just to that word…recreate the thought into an energizing statement that will generate positive results for yourself. The statement…”I will create wealth for myself” creates an energy signature that binds with energy that will bring options and opportunities to create wealth to you. Of course, as we talked about last time, sometimes there is a period of detoxification that takes place that makes it seem like these principles are not working. You must hang in there, persevere in positive energy thinking and you will surely see dramatic changes in your life as the days pass and time moves on. This way of dealing with the negative statement of “I will never get out of debt” will also bring reality into focus. For, as you create positive thoughts for yourself you will start to have to come to grips with the reality of who you are. The thought “I will create wealth for myself” will begin to create a sense of life within you where there was none before. This new energy will cause you to realize that there are patterns in your life that are not conducive to creating wealth. You will then learn how not to conform to those patterns that bring destruction and will start to be able to create new patterns that create life and wealth.

Thoughts matter immensely. The energy created from a thought begins to shape your coming reality. This holds true with every area of life…your health, your relationships, your belongings, your influence and so much more. Each of these areas have at one level or another their existence in the reality of your mind and how well you learn to take “every thought captive.”
