Yesterday I twisted my right knee and felt a pop in the back of it. The game was only about 15 minutes old and I certainly did not want to stop playing…so I decided to stay in and see if I could keep playing.

I typically like to continue playing on most injuries to keep the circulation going through the area. Of course…if it is a serious injury then I would give it a rest and not risk long-term damage to the area.

This particular injury didn’t feel too bad and I ended up playing the rest of the game on it. I was paying a little closer attention than normal just to make sure I wasn’t stupid. Anyhow, I made a video after I got home to show you how I take care of the vast majority of injuries. We have nearly unbelievable success using the strategies that I developed in this area of treating injuries and inflammation.

I wrote a book on the subject called “End of the Ice Age.” I just added this video as a demonstration on how to apply some of the strategies of activating the injured area and speeding up healing.

As I mentioned…this injury occurred yesterday and I doubt if anyone noticed that I had any injuries whatsoever today. It did get painful last night but by this afternoon I am able to move about 85% freely without pain. I am sure I will see nearly complete healing in a few days as long as I stay consistent with the program I outline in the book.

I hope you get something out of this video that will help you. If you are interested in the book, you can go here to purchase it.

Thanks…
